Serendipity 3 in DC

(...and an introduction to my use of Instagram.)

While my friend Amber was in town for some business-stuff, we made it out to Georgetown to do something decidedly DC. Since Serendipity 3 opened up, I have been dying to try their delicious eats and treats.

Their menu was a lot to take in, but fanciful.

Serendipity 3 is known for their Frrrozen Hot Chocolate. Basically, it's like a sorbet-ish hot chocolate flavor iced yum with whipped cream and various toppings. Basically, it's frozen deliciousness.

This amazingness? Is the Peanut Butter Frrrozen Hot Chocolate.
We had already enjoyed an ABC Burger (that's avocado, Brie, and caramelized onions) and some sweet potatoes. We chose to share because we knew that a Frrrozen Hot Chocolate was in our future.

After a delicious, filling meal, we took a walk down to the Washington Harbor to see the sun. This? Was after this joint cooled down because the heat index was over 100 degrees. I love DC, but man, I could live without the humidity.
